Executive Director
Christy Cunningham Christy is the Executive Director of ACEC-NL, she came to ACEC-NL with more than 14 years experience as an environmental geoscientist in consulting engineering. She is known for her strategic leadership and her ability to foster strong relationships with association members, clients, and within government. Christy also works part-time for ACEC-NB and ACEC-PEI, as former president of ACEC-NB, she helped advance member priorities and initiatives like fair procurement practices, Qualifications Based Selection (QBS), promoting women in Science, Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) and helping to build the profile of ACEC-NB in New Brunswick. Before joining ACEC, Christy was employed with AMEC Foster Wheeler in Saint John, serving clients across Canada with a focus in the water resources and mining sectors.
